My Approach
My passion lies in exploring different methods to resolve trauma using frameworks from a holistic and transgenerational lens. I use an experiential mind body approach and encourage folks to lean into their intuitive knowing and ego states or parts.
It is admirable and brave to look within yourself and work toward changing the things that aren't working for you anymore. I have deep respect for those who take charge of their lives and seek space to look inward
Trauma has a profound effect on the mind, body and spirit. It can impair many areas of your life and functioning but it doesn't have to last forever. There are methods of resetting, reworking or rebooting thought and behavior patterns that can benefit you in the long term when you are ready to do the work.
Therapy is hard work and often times moving slower is faster with post traumatic healing
